SCAN is available to eligible LACERS retirees and their dependents who are enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B. SCAN benefits are designed to offer what people on Medicare want and use most to maintain their Health and Independence. SCAN is the only not-for-profit health plan in Southern California dedicated to serving only people on Medicare.
